• Notes

  In the US Census he Consistently lists his birthplace as Michigan. On his marriage application he lists Wyandotte, Michigan as his birthplace. His parents list his birthplace as Ontario in their census though. His baptism indicates he was born in Ontario. In the 1900 census he is living with his wife and her family in Fairmount, IN. He shows up in the census as "Walter Dansey". Worked at the Brickner Window Glass factory in Mt. Vernon in 1906. Walter Was struck by a streetcar and killed in 1906. The newspaper reported that his family was living in Del Ray MI at the time.
